For us to get you from where you are to pain-free, we first need to reconnect you with your body so you can listen and figure out your unique triggers and needs.
I will walk you through every little detail you need to be successful in putting your endometriosis into remission.
You do not need to do everything at once. The whole point of this program is to help you develop a lifelong practice.
We build everything up slowly so that you can essentially do it on automatic pilot. It never feels overwhelming, it just becomes a natural part of your daily life.
Is there a guarantee?
It’s impossible and irresponsible to guarantee any specific result, but this program is designed to end your pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, and ‘endo belly’ bloat--and keep them away for good.
If you commit to doing the work, course correcting when necessary, and sticking to the process, you will see a significant reduction in your endo pain and symptoms.
Whether that happens in 4 weeks or 80 is hard to forecast, but I'll support you each step of the way.
I take your results very seriously. If you do too, this will be a great partnership!
